Invent
We work side-by-side with academics and researchers to create new or refine existing scientific concepts. We help draft academic papers for peer review and work with our legal and patent attorney partners to create and protect Intellectual Property rights.
Plan
We write independent critiques and business plans in support of the creation of spin-out and licensing opportunities.
Grants
We write grant applications proposals such as those issued by the EPSRC and Technology Strategy Board. Often our work involves market assessments and independent technology critiques.
License
We identify and approach potential IPR licensees and present them with the technology developed by our University clients.
Transfer
We transfer later-stage University Intellectual Property into spin-out companies or prepare for licensing or trade sale.
